Pizza night sign-ups are now posted online on google docs. To access the sheet, click below. Make sure that when you fill in information onto the sheet that it saves. Instructions for pizza nights are at the bottom of the page.
     Note: You don't need to have a google account to use the sign up sheets.



Pizza Nights are AGS’s largest and continuous fund-raiser.  Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night AGS sells snacks and refreshments to the night students at LPC.  We set up in the small dining room of the student center (Bldg. 1700) All members are required to work at least four hours per semester at Pizza Nights, but are more than welcome to work more hours. If any member is unable to commit to the required four hours, due to work or class schedules, other arrangements can be made in order to achieve membership as long as they make arrangements in advance. Please see the AGS Vice- President for more information. Moreover, Pizza Nights are fun and a great way to meet other AGS members. 

Donations for Pizza Nights:
All of the items we sell at Pizza Night are donated by our membership.  Members receive fund-raising points for all items donated (1 point per $5 spent on donations) However, these points cannot take the place of the 4 hours required fund-raising of working pizza nights.

Items we continuously need are:

Baked Goods
Candy
Chips
Coffee
Coffee Cups
Coffee Filters
Cookies 
Creamer/Sugar
Napkins 
Plates
Soda (no coke products)
Tea
Water
Etc., etc. etc…

  At the beginning of each semester the Vice-President will offer training dates to familiarize members with Pizza Nights.  If you have never worked Pizza Nights before, write “new member” or “NM” next to your name, so that the Vice-President will know to pair you up with another experienced member.  Sign Ups for Pizza Night can be done on the googledoc above,  Please be sure to put you cell phone number and hours you can work, if you are unable to work the entire night, next to your name. If you are able to pick up the pizzas from Costco, indicate this by putting your name next to “P/U” on the calendar.

** NOTE: If you cannot make it to a Pizza Night you have signed up for, you must inform the AGS VP and the members signed up for the same night within 24 hours.  If you do not notify the VP , 3 points will be DEDUCTED from your membership totals due to an unexcused absence.  Remember that your fellow AGS members are counting on you to be there, so please honor your commitment.
